Today's activity was enjoyable and fun, nothing challenging. I really wanted to make "step it up" but we were in a hurry for a trip down town. The fun thing about this was me getting to know new words and get familiar with it, these are my 3 favourite food, this was kinda hard because looking at the food made me starve !!! , but I had a great time.

This activity was an absolute trial meaning very challenging and fun. As you all know why I couldn't record I managed to still complete this activity, the tricky part about this activity was balancing the rocks, these rocks were light except for that big rock. As you can see work 1 & 2 used all of the five rocks and held itself for longer than 1 minute and 10 sec unlike work 3, work 3 only lasts for 20 secs with all rocks so I tried again and only 3 small and light rocks could stay for longer than 1 minute and 10 sec.

This activity was so fun because I can finally write in codes so no-one can know but me, I kept on restarting on my presentation because my family members kept on coming in but other than that I had an amazing time completing these activities, this has taught me alot so far I am so happy and grateful that I joined SLJ. These activities will definitely give me a head start,  it was fun learning new codes. The challenging part about this was writing my favourite beach.

My Hana Koko design

 

This activity was definitely a challenge, this activity got me thinking if santa was in tonga what would he be wearing?, and so that question made me thought of this idea as well as my inspiration. This is called a Puletaha that we wear in church,special occasion, weddings and more. Puletahas are mainly for church but we want to acknowledge our Island in all that we do. The challenging part about this was trying to figure out the costume, This shows a white tongan t-shirt as well as a plain black tupenu. On the sides of the clothing are the accessories, on the right side is a Kafa as well as a Kahoa, on the left side of the costume is a Ta'ovala, you may see most boy and girl where ta'ovala to church,funeral and more. This activity was definitely fun and can't wait for more!

Building a xylophone

 

Today's activity is making a xylophone with nanogirl!, This activity was so fun to do and very cool. Sorry I couldn't record myself because my front camera isn't working only letting me share my screen and talk. This activity was cool, especially doing this activity with my fellow bloggers and nanogirl!, I learnt so much while doing this activity and the sounds of each and one of them. This wasn't challenging at all except when you have to cut the papers to a certain length. This was definitely my favourite activity so far.

This activity was very fun to do and definitely got me ready for christmas!

I got to learn a lot about these pictures and to see if they belonged or not. 

The challenging part about this was trying to figure out if they belonged 

because some looked like they didn't belong but the other picture also does

too.

 This is my chorus that I made up, it talks about our school, and how we will rise high like the sky, above and beyond, one of our school value is perseverance, and that means to strive hard and never give up!, and I encourage use to do the same, look up never down and strive hard!, This activity was a blast! I really wanted to sing this but my household is loud at the moment and I found a time to complete this quick. This activity wasn't that hard I reckon because I'm used to making songs up and lyrics to replace it. Today's activity was fun, I for sure enjoyed it and can't wait for more.

Te Reo Maori-What are you doing today?

 Kia ora bloggers, this is the same as my other Te Reo Maori, sorry I couldn't draw a picture of my family because there is a lot of us, I have 2 brothers and 8 sisters so that is my amount of siblings all together. This activity was fun, especially learning how to say words in Maori is such an amazing opportunity, I loved this activity and can't wait for more. Please correct me if I pronounced a word wrong.

Optical Illusions?!

Triangle Optical Illusion!

This is my Optical Illusion, I decided to draw this because it looked cool and simple and I wanted something nice and simple. Even though this is a simple illusion it looks absolutely stunning, this piece of work I created only needed 3 materials which were paper,pencil and ruler.  

This is very simple which will mean you will be able to do this too, all you need to do is draw a triangle, WAIT WAIT! , draw a triangle thats 3D shaped! Did I get you? comment down below if this helped or if you have any questions.

This activity was a BLAST ! I had so much energy and fun drawing these Maori patterns, This was challenging because I would always ruin a part. These designs I drew includes, Koru, Kowhai Ngutu Kaka and Mango Pare.

This activity was so fun to do, it was pretty challenging at first but at the same time fun, the challenging part was trying to pronounce those words because Im not that good with them but besides that I definitely had fun while completing this activity.

Nature butterfly creation

Deborah's Butterfly Creation

I decided to make a butterfly because recently I've seen a lot of
pretty butterflies around my house,playgrounds and more.
I know lots of children love butterflies which is why I chose to create this insect,
It doesn't look as nice because these leaves were leaves that were here in my
backyard for quite a time now.
Here are the materials
- 4 Green leaves
-2 Sunflowers

Fishy False Teeth

 

While I was watching the video and reading the article I learnt to not laugh at people when embarrassing things come up, I learnt this because Cor Stoop was very sad while Roel Pool was laughing because of how his teeth came out while sneezing.

From my experience I can tell that it went well and can’t wait for more like this.

 I really enjoyed doing this activity, I definately with use this throughout my learning.
