(Week1) Day 1:Exploring

Stand up to cancer
SU2C: Stand up to cancer

Information about stand up to cancer:
Stand Up To Cancer was conceived of in autumn 2007, by a group of women who had been affected by cancer and believe that by merging the recourse of the media Stand Up To Cancer was formally launched on May 27, 2008. Current members of the stand up to cancer Council of Founders and Advisors.

My Opinion:
This charity company help the cancer they help them to stay strong and tell them don't worry because everything's going to be ok.
You should really start donating at least $10 you know CANCER it's probably the most things parents don't want did you know if you donate your saving the kids lives.
What if this was your child you would want everyone to donate to help your child so donate to ''stand up to cancer'' or any cancer family because we want kids to be happy and live not to be in hospital and die we need to stand up to cancer and say ''you know what cancer soon imma be out this hospital nothing's gonna stop me because of cancer'' To all the kids who have cancer always say this always be positive because positivity is what we want to see.

Helping people is what we need not putting them down that is why we have stand up to cancer so they can teach the kids no matter what stay strong.

  1. Hi Deborah, this is Mrs Collins from Manaiakalani and I'll be commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. I like the post you created on Stand Up 2 Cancer...is there a particular reason that you picked them? Sadly, alot of my friends and family have had / have cancer and I have run in a couple of charity races to raise funds for a variety of cancer foundations. Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!
